Awards and Professional Recognition
A Legal Team With Over 75 Years of Combined Trial Experience in Central Florida
Central Florida personal injury lawyer Brent C. Miller has built a law practice recognized for trial skill and consistent results for injured clients. That’s why residents throughout Lake, Citrus, Orange, and Sumter counties turn to the Law Offices of Brent C. Miller, P.A. when they need experienced representation after a serious accident.
Mr. Miller founded the firm in 1992 after beginning his legal career in 1987. Today the practice also includes attorney Thomas D. Hippelheuser, who joined the firm in 2001. Together, the firm’s attorneys have more than 75 years of experience handling car accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice claims, and other personal injury cases throughout Central Florida.
That experience has earned recognition from professional organizations and legal associations at both the state and national level. Each membership below reflects a different part of how the firm’s attorneys have built their reputation over more than three decades of litigation.
Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum
Attorney Brent C. Miller is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a distinction limited to trial lawyers who have obtained a verdict, award or settlement of $1 million or more for a client. Fewer than 1 percent of attorneys nationwide qualify for membership.
In 2001, Mr. Miller obtained an award of more than $5 million on behalf of a client who sustained life-altering injuries in an auto accident in Lake County, Florida. That result is the qualifying case behind his Million Dollar Advocates Forum membership.
