BRENT MILLER: One of things our firm recommends to any of our clients is to make sure they procure uninsured or under insured motorist coverage.

BRENT MILLER: And the reason we recommend that is because Florida law does not require that a person who hits you have bodily injury coverage, which is the type of coverage you need to recover from the other side.

BRENT MILLER: When our clients contact our office, we attempt to give them advice so that they're safer on the roadway, but in the event of an accident they know what to expect and what to do.
